Ikea HK has a HKD70 frame called Sannahed that can hold 25cm x 25cm image which could be an affordable frame option… need to crop image slightly though…
There is also a 35cm version for HKD130 which could also work with some minor cropping of the frames inner cardboard mount or the image
They are available in Black or White
